The Property Ministry Team is charged with the responsibility for upkeep and maintenance of the church property and any ongoing building projects.  This includes 8 sub-Ministry Teams: Cabinetry, Carpentry, Electrical, General maintenance, Landscape, Plumbing, Sanitation, and Safety.
 
The Ministry Team strives to fulfill its mission through the following:
 

  • Oversee Landscape maintenance contract

  • Oversee Air conditioning / Heating maintenance contract

  • Maintain door locks

  • Plumbing

  • Maintain mowers

  • Repair walls

  • Maintain building and exterior lighting

  • Minor repairs

  • Physical inventory of real assets excluding computer and office equipment

  • Clean and maintain landscape
