facilitated by
Terry McKenna and Anne Lomax.
As we have learned, we’re made to become like Christ (Discipleship) and
one of the best ways to do that is by studying Scriptures! This class is
reading the Bible together using the Bible Book of the Month, by
James Davison. Join in the great learning experience and wonderful
discipline of studying the Bible!

Taught by
Mike Guthrie:
In response to our Prayer study we are going to look at the question
"how do I live out my faith." We are going to read a powerful
book-Renovation of the Heart: putting on the character of Christ, by
Dallas Willard. Don't miss this study, it is going to be challenging
and transforming. Please sign up during the fellowship time after the
service so we know how many books to order. |

Class meets in the library/resource room.

facilitated by Sondra
Grandfield -- The Patriarchs by Beth Moore.
Beth Moore brings her dynamic teaching and passion for God’s Word
to her study The Patriarchs: Encountering the God of Abraham, Isaac,
and Jacob.
Taken primarily from
Genesis, chapters 12–50, Beth provides fascinating details from the
lives of the patriarchs. She explores important concepts such as
blessing, covenant, and promise, and how they forever shaped the lives
of Abraham and his descendants.

FaithWeaver®
is the curriculum used for preschool through middle school in our
Sunday school ministry.
The Bible has us talk about our faith
at all times, and calls on parents to teach God's Word to their
children. "Fix these
words of mine in your hearts and minds. Teach them to your children,
talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the
road, when you lie down and when you get up." Deut. 11:18-19
Now use Sunday school to spark
meaningful conversations on the way home from church—and during the
week—with FaithWeaver®. Through an age-graded format, each family
member focuses on the same weekly Bible truth, uniting families as
they talk about their faith.
Our high school class
uses G-Force: Taking Your Relationship with God to a New Level.
A comprehensive approach for training
students in the "Five Gs" of lifetime devotion to Christ. Based on
Willow Creek's best-selling Pursuing Spiritual Transformation series
for adults, G-FORCE provides students and those who lead them with a
clear learning path through the Five Gs of full devotion to
Christ-Grace, Growth, Groups, Gifts, Good Stewardship. This unique
resource engages students individually with daily devotions and
personal journal sheets and in small groups with a weekly Bible
study and discussion guide. A leader's guide equips student ministry
leaders to facilitate memorable small group discussions and to use
the material in either an eleven or twenty-two week format.
